How do personal consultations work?
Individual sessions are structured in 1 hour – 1 ½ Hour sessions.
Follow up sessions will usually take a hour.
Smoking Cessation Cessation packages are usually 2 sessions.
Often 100% Success on the first session. I use a two session approach and it works. If your unconscious is resisting change after a second session then we need to identify the hidden motive for this resistance. More often than not 2 sessions do the job.
Weight loss sessions are tailored to help you make comfortable small steps that pave the way to giant leaps in the way you look and feel. You won't recognis, e the old you after you change
Unless a problem is complicated, 2 sessions are usually adequate.
What Happens During The First Session?
During the first session I will take a brief personal history which is entirely confidencial and just for the purpose of finding the pattern and context of your problem. This is so that I can adjust my approach to your needs and so that we can cooperate as a team for maximum success.
You will gain insights that prepare you to make changes.
I will also do a few tests to identify which approaches are best for you to maximize the effects and personalize the intervention for maximum success.
What Happens During The Second Session
During the second session we will team up to examine what has worked and assess whether anything else needs to be done and do it. This is a smart way to work.
